The Boss Box - 30lbs

We could have called this the “Ben” aka “E-Boss” box, in honor of well, the Beef Boss around here. It’s not so much that he’s bossy, but he’s super into raising beef cattle. It’s only fitting that the biggest box we can ship is an homage to his style when it comes to crafting quality in the herd that equates to quality at your doorstep in a big way.

This box includes:

• Roughly 5lbs Premium Steaks (Tenderloin, Rib Steaks, new york)

• Roughly 5lbs Chuck and Round Cuts

• Roughly 5lbs Sirloin and Other Cuts (Skirt, Flank, Brisket, etc)

• 15lbs Ground Beef
